Not at your home during the winter months or not during the week in summer months? Let us be the second pair of eyes so you can rest easy when you are away.
We watch over your property with visual inspections of readily accessible areas for obvious issues, giving you piece of mind to alleviate home/boat owner concerns to assure that things are okay while you are away. We will notify you if anything is out of the ordinary.

Not at your home during the winter months? Cold weather is on its way - Good time to have a winter check! We will be there to give you piece of mind!

Emergency Services
Pre & Post-Storm Services
High winds and heavy rain can catch a home owner off guard, especially when you are not there to make sure everything is secure.
When a storm is predicted and you are out of town, we will be there to help so you won’t worry being so far away. We will walk around your property and dock to make sure all is secure.
Services before storm:
Patio furniture is secure and/or put away
Lines and boat is secure
Check to make sure power is on and everything is secure
Services after storm:
Check boat and lines and advise homeowner of any problems
If power is out, notify homeowner to report it and check house
All About pre and post storm services are here to make sure your home and or boat are ready for the days ahead. Just give us a call anytime - day or night - and we will put your mind to rest. We will go an access your boat and property for an additional fee.
Emergency check of your boat/property:
during daylight hours – $50.00
during night – $75.00
